Rather than have a large internal staff, we invite professional designers and thinkers to come and stay with us. Five of these volunteers converge for a two week, intensive plunge. They get a chance to see the day-to-day struggles facing people in need and the trials of the nonprofit sector trying to help them.

During the process, the volunteers get a chance to use their skills to really make a difference; developing effective experiences and services that empower people in need. They also get to meet and collaborate with like-minded professionals. They may even learn a methodology or two during our heated family dinner "discussions".
